About Us\Summary

Introduction
We live in one of the most exciting generations in all of recorded history--a time in which God is moving powerfully throughout the earth. In these last days, God is preparing a glorious Church who will be passionate for Jesus, pure in heart, powerful in ministry, and will partner with Him in the end-times. At Lifeschool International (LSI), we refer to this as the glorious, end-time Church. Seeing the Body of Christ transition into a glorious Church, as described in Ephesians 5:27, is what drives everything we do.

At LSI, we are committed to equipping the Church to be passionate, pure, and powerful. Our vision is to disciple the nations according to Jesus’ Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20). We are focused on preparing a worthy Bride for Jesus, equipping believers for the work of ministry, and awakening the Body of Christ to be made ready as “a people prepared for the Lord” (Luke 1:17) at His coming.

We believe that the most effective way to accomplish this vision is through leadership training. LSI is committed to training faithful leaders who will in turn equip others (2 Tim. 2:2). Lifeschool offers practical training that equips pastors and leaders with the skills they need to disciple their congregations. By providing leaders with portable materials translated into their native languages, LSI is able to multiply our vision throughout the nations. Using Lifeschool materials, leaders throughout the earth can effectively equip believers to hear the voice of God, minister in the power of the Holy Spirit, intercede for God’s end-time purposes, and worship God in spirit and truth.

Over the past few years, LSI’s vision has expanded dramatically. For awhile, the founders of LSI desired to equip believers with practical ministry training. They realized the tremendous need to equip church leaders for effective ministry, especially in the underdeveloped nations of the earth. Specifically, they wanted to equip leaders so that they could in turn train and equip the people in their churches. With approximately two-million pastors in the earth with no formal Bible school training, there are millions more untrained believers throughout the world. Desiring to train these believers, LSI leaders traveled to different countries to teach and equip pastors and leaders for the work of ministry. They taught leaders how to hear God’s voice, who they are in Christ, the fundamentals of prayer, and going deeper in worship.

So far, Lifeschool has been taught in the USA, Africa, India, the Fijian Islands, and Australia. As teams taught Lifeschool materials, there was an ever-growing realization that a formal training program was needed to equip the nations. It was quickly realized that this program needed to be practical, portable, and easily adaptable to any culture. Therefore, Lifeschool was created, becoming an official 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization on August 18, 2004.

The Challenge
According to Ephesians 5:27, the Church will be glorious before the Lord returns. The first commandment--which instructs us to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength--will be restored to first place. The Church will love Jesus above every other love, will have a desire to worship God with passion, and will obey Him wholeheartedly. Not only that, the Church will become Christ-like, walking in love, humility, obedience, and power. In fact, Jesus said that the Church will do greater works than He did (John 14:12). This involves hearing God’s voice, healing the sick, and setting the oppressed free.

In light of this, the Church throughout the earth faces great challenges. In many respects, the Church is far from glorious. Rather than passion for Jesus, many believers are apathetic and complacent in their faith. Holiness and purity have been replaced with lawlessness and compromise. Thus, many transitions are needed for the end-time Church to take its rightful place in the earth. Furthermore, with over two million untrained pastors worldwide, many ministers from poor and undeveloped nations are in desperate need of training--especially in the areas that will equip them to be passionate, pure, and powerful.

The Lifeschool Solution
Lifeschool International has answered these challenges by developing a curriculum that helps believers transition from the dead works of man-made traditions and apathetic faith to the exciting journey of walking intimately with God and partnering with Him in ministry. To multiply this message, we translate and publish our materials into the native languages of the people and then teach the truths of Lifeschool to pastoral leadership in the nations. After Lifeschool teams teach pastors and leaders in seminars and workshops, the materials are left with the pastors to teach to their congregations. To ensure that the work continues, LSI raises up national leadership teams in every region who can continue to teach Lifeschool classes on an ongoing basis.

The Uniqueness of Lifeschool
Lifeschool is truly a unique ministry. God has set Lifeschool apart from other ministries in at least two ways. First, LSI is focused on preparing a glorious Church prior to the Lord’s return through leadership training. Second, LSI takes the school to the student rather than requiring that the student come to the school. There are ministries that focus on preparing the Church for the Lord’s return and there are ministries that take the school to the student. However, to our knowledge, there are few, if any, ministries that accomplish both objectives. One of the reasons Lifeschool has been so successful is that it fulfills a great need in the life of the Church.
