Introduction At LSI, we are committed to equipping the Church to be passionate, pure, and powerful. Our vision is to disciple the nations according to Jesus’ Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20). We are focused on preparing a worthy Bride for Jesus, equipping believers for the work of ministry, and awakening the Body of Christ to be made ready as “a people prepared for the Lord” (Luke 1:17) at His coming. We believe that the most effective way to accomplish this vision is through leadership training. LSI is committed to training faithful leaders who will in turn equip others (2 Tim. 2:2). Lifeschool offers practical training that equips pastors and leaders with the skills they need to disciple their congregations. By providing leaders with portable materials translated into their native languages, LSI is able to multiply our vision throughout the nations. Using Lifeschool materials, leaders throughout the earth can effectively equip believers to hear the voice of God, minister in the power of the Holy Spirit, intercede for God’s end-time purposes, and worship God in spirit and truth. Over the past few years, LSI’s vision has expanded dramatically. For awhile, the founders of LSI desired to equip believers with practical ministry training. They realized the tremendous need to equip church leaders for effective ministry, especially in the underdeveloped nations of the earth. Specifically, they wanted to equip leaders so that they could in turn train and equip the people in their churches. With approximately two-million pastors in the earth with no formal Bible school training, there are millions more untrained believers throughout the world. Desiring to train these believers, LSI leaders traveled to different countries to teach and equip pastors and leaders for the work of ministry. They taught leaders how to hear God’s voice, who they are in Christ, the fundamentals of prayer, and going deeper in worship. So far, Lifeschool has been taught in the USA, Africa, India, the Fijian Islands, and Australia. As teams taught Lifeschool materials, there was an ever-growing realization that a formal training program was needed to equip the nations. It was quickly realized that this program needed to be practical, portable, and easily adaptable to any culture. Therefore, Lifeschool was created, becoming an official 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization on August 18, 2004. The Challenge In light of this, the Church throughout the earth faces great challenges. In many respects, the Church is far from glorious. Rather than passion for Jesus, many believers are apathetic and complacent in their faith. Holiness and purity have been replaced with lawlessness and compromise. Thus, many transitions are needed for the end-time Church to take its rightful place in the earth. Furthermore, with over two million untrained pastors worldwide, many ministers from poor and undeveloped nations are in desperate need of training--especially in the areas that will equip them to be passionate, pure, and powerful.
